Innovation itself means something New in originality, which has never been existing before that time.
When you get to an Innovation or an Innovative idea, you put a lot of thinking and efforts to make it perfect to its cause. Perfection never come fast so obviously you have to undergo" trial & error method".

it is true because we get innovations as a sudden spark which may lead to fire blast also.so we have to admit our mistakes quickly and get on with the improving of other innovations
