Oh, I am sure if you google-it, you will find something. One of the things I came accross, is that you may want to "protect" your cartoon so that others won't be able to "copy and paste" for their own use. It's called Intellectual Properties - usually associated with the printed word. But, I digress. Just google and you will find.

I know of a great site for things like this. It has a huge list of things you can post though. It's www.unsolvedmysteries.com I know it seems strange, but it's a great site. I've posted stories and poems there for over 5 years.
