If your using popmail you need to alert your ISP to the security
situation an attacker could send trojans or spam through your
account they'll give you a new password.

Seems as if "someone" is a known. If this is an ex-friend you can document the case and press charges. If this is a case where work has access to your records via any/all resource, the hacker is probably right aside you. Both situations require you to take immediate action. From an external computer e-mail yourself with a notice that you are aware of "their" actions and that Yahoo has been alerted to their activity.
In your best interest change both your email address and password. Business and Personal email address and passwords should be different. Find the hound! Yahoo Customer Services is a great resourse. Use Them.

My Yahoo accounts were hacked on February 6th, but cannot be recovered since I don't remember the birthdate or zip codes used.
There isn't an secret question to answer, if so I could have recovered the accounts. And I did not use a credit card.

use the secret question answer change your account back to you and then delete it and make a new one, thats what i did
