Ah, im sure everybody is familar with nibiru, aka planet x. that is supposily behind pluto. but also does anybody know that will come back to our orbit and end the world as we know it? supposily that caused the incident in noahs ark, and supposily they are an alien planet with actual beings. Who knows what do you think?

If there is a planet orbiting beyond Pluto, it would not be any planet known to humanity or that had been seen before. For starters, if such a body had a highly elliptical orbit with a period in the range of 3000 years as proposed, it would be close enough to observe in the infrared spectrum and via gravitational interactions. On the other hand, any large body that sat further from the Sun might have escaped notice, but also would have a nearly circular orbit that would not carry it to the inner Solar System. So, to sum up, if Nibiru existed, either we'd already know about it or it would have no effect on us at all. It's can't be undiscovered and also pose a catastrophic threat to us.

Let's assume such a planet exists and that it did what it is supposed to have done. In order for this object to return to the vicinity of Earth, it would have to be in orbit around the Sun, a highly eliptical orbit certainly, perhaps all the way out to the Oort cloud area, but still a solar orbit. Otherwise, it would have been passing through. Its inertia would carry it on to some other part of the universe. There would be nothing to "slingshot" it "back".

If it is in such an orbit, one that took a few thousand years to complete, we might not be aware of its cycle. Astronomers of the day would surely have noticed and tracked it, but the historical record is blank. So there's no way to predict when it would return. But the chances are extremely good that it is NOT in synch with the Earth's orbit. The Earth goes around the Sun too. If it's not in the same part of its orbit as the intersection point with Nibiru's orbit, nothing will happen.

If you are old enough, you might have remembered the hoopla over the return of Halley's comet, which had put on such a spectacular show back in 1910. But it was a bust the last time around. The astronomers hadn't bothered to tell us it would be on the opposite side of the Sun from us that time. So only geeks with fancy equipment got to see it. (We've been waiting for a decent comet show ever since.) SImilarly, planet X may come swinging through again when the Earth is three months from the intersection point. We'd see it come through, maybe even have enough time to send a probe, but there wouldn't be any danger.

The presence of aliens on that planet would be irrelevant, unless they had some way of steering it. Any tidal catastrophes Earth suffered would probably be felt just as strongly there. I don't see how they would see any advantage in a near collision. Besides, it's been what-- 3000 years? Would they not have found something more important to think about in all that time? (Like how to survive a few millennia in the insane cold and dark of the Oort cloud, or how to avoid another near miss with that evil Earth planet.)

No, i don't think in Planet X or Nibiru, and neither do any professional astronomers or astrophysicists. there is not any credible data for this way of physique. you spot an excellent style of misinterpreted and deceptive photos by folk attempting to sell you stuff. those "mysterious" issues are in simple terms attributed to the rogue-planet theory. those are an analogous people who did not are watching for the tip of the worldwide in 2003. they're in simple terms dusting off a sparkling date and promoting the standard hogwash to gullible human beings. i'm uncertain the way you think of "the government" ought to hide something that persons can in simple terms see for themselves. If those Nibiru claims are real, the planet might already be seen to hundreds of telescopes etc exterior of government administration, and we'd be seeing its effect on the prevailing planets. Sorry, however the whole "government coverup" is in simple terms an excuse from those doomsayers why the data do not extra healthy their conclusions.

I'm not worried about it at all. It's another one of those treasured conspiracy stories that says our govenment and NASA are hiding scientific data from us. People need to get a life.
