If you are using Microsoft's internet explorer click
TOOLS and open 'internet options'
Under the 'GENERAL' tab click what you want to delete ie. cookies, off line content or history or all of the above.
If your computer is slow it might be a good idea
to install some spyware removal software.

Open up your internet, go to tools, click on internet options, click the general tab, go down to second section called temporary internet files and click the button that says delete cookies, and afterwards try clicking on the button that says delete files, when the box pops up click the check box next to delete all offline content. If this does not help your computer may need to be defragged, or a system recovery, if none of these work you may need to look into reformatting your pc, or even buying a new hard drive.

From IT Consultant's view: Close all the Internet Explorers (IE). Bring up IE -- click on Tools, then Internet Options, then under general tab (in the midle of page), click on Delete Cookie. Once that is done, click on Delete Files. Once completed, click on the OK botton and close all the IE. Then restart IE again.
