anyone know really, which one will keep the FAT off better.

They are both going to burn about the same amount of calories.

I prefer bicyling over running mainly because it puts less stress on your body than the constant pounding of running. Both do a good job of turning fat into muscle, so really which ever one you like to do is good. Right now it is hard for me to ride my bike, because of the snow. Can't wait for Spring!
