why are astronomerse using 1/H to calculate the age? if H is the constant rate of expansion of the universe from the big bang then the universe is not accelerating which is not true.it has always been accelerating right? so is there any way H could be a function of time to guess the age more accurate?

The inverse Hubble constant being equal to the age of the Universe based on recession velocities of galaxies may be based on a misinterpreted phenomena.
There is one on scientific way of determining the age of the Universe , and that is poitive ID at the time of construction. To determine that A Scientist has to be present at that point to start measurement of time. And what he measures and what appears to us now may be a dilated time.
So it follows logically that unless any humans were present at the time Of the Creation of the Universe, there is no way we can actually know for sure.

Yes, but it has already been put in the equations. H is NOT the constant rate of expansion from the big bang. H is time dependent.
Astronomers don't use just 1/H by itself. There are other, independent ways to determine the age of the universe.

You need to study topics such as conformal time, the Friedmann-Robertson-Walker metric, and the cosmic deceleration parameter.

"I'm a lumber jack and I'm okay"

Sounds about as accurate as counting the rings on a tree.

I also assumes that the big bang was an explosion and not an implosion.

Not a fair assumption.
