Hi David,
Why don't you switch to Direct TV? They do a good job in my area and we have been very satisfied with them.

My mom & Step dad had dish tv & they hated it. They did NOT get all of the channels they were paying for & reception was bad ALOT of the time on the ones they did get. When they would call the company, they were usually put on hold & then the line disconnected & they had to call back. Emails were NOT returned, etc. They went with Direct tv & they do like it a bit better, but they wish they could get cable, which is not an option right now due to where they live.

I have had DISH for over a year and I love it. It is always on. I have never had any trouble with it.
