Depends on where you are and whether you are still schooling, you can get a part-time job at food outlets as counter crew, waiting on tables or in stewarding (as these require little skills or you can learn them fast). As you are still young, I strongly advise you to continue your studies.
If you really need to work, build up your skills and knowledge as without these, you'll be poorly paid. Without knowing where you are, your qualifications or skills, it would be hard for anyone here to even consider helping you. You can try www.jobstreet.com or www.jobsonline.com to get an idea of the vacancies available, put in your resume and start applying for jobs there.
There is no shortcut to success - it's all hard work. To be financially independant, you need to make enough money before you can make your money start earning for you.

I was going to say check out craigslist.com for your area but since you are only 15 maybe McDonald's or fast food. grocery store as a bag girl, restaurant as a busser. I don't know what else will hire a 15 year old..
