I am not a therapist, but I believe it describes a person who basically keeps to themself, and does not like to be bothered.
My friends and family consider me to be anti-social because I will socialize with them ONLY because I know them, but if you get me around people I don't know, I probably wouldn't say too much, and keep my distance.

Fancy word for a person who is obsessed with hatred and they don't keep to themselves. Being a loner and actively causing heartbreak in others are two very different actions.

Hmm...sitting at home on the computer, ignoring my family and pets, answering other people questions while ignoring the needs of myself and others....wait a minute....!!???!!!!
