There was a line in the movie, "K-PAX", where the lead character observed that:
"Every being in the universe knows right from wrong..."
I suspect that this is so. Whether I choose to follow right, and not wrong, is an entirely different question!

It depends. A child doesn't always know right from wrong.
An adult does know and should (although I do believe there are grey areas).

If you mean morally, then yes. We all know when something is wrong. When we get confused is when our own self interests conflict with what we know to be right.

Yes, I do, because I don't have to ask others for moral edicts. That which breaks my personal code is wrong. That which breaks others' codes are merely sinful or illegal. Some times they coincide....other times they don't.
