Any movie with a strong emotional nature is ok for a guy to cry while watching. The stereotype that men cannot cry or feel emotions deep enough to be moved by a film is a hold-over from the 1950's and needs to be changed.

Any Veterans could cry during some war movies. I would add some recent ones like Letters to Iwo Jima and Flags of our Fathers. These are so graphic that it might bring up some PTSD.

I usually cry during the last 15 minutes of "The Dirty Dozen", or most of "The Terminator". I really hate it when he gets mashed!
