Ok, so, I had a sex dream last night after having gone out for dinner and drinks with my wife and some of her girlfriends. I will spare the details. Shared the dream with the wife this morning. I don't think she's mad, and she is sitting here with me as I write this question anyway.
Anywho... basically my wife, her friends and I had a lot of "fun" together in the dream. I shared what I could remember with her. I feel all guilty. She senses this and calls me out on it and says I can buy her something if it would make me feel better.

I have been in a similar situation. I had a sex dream about a co-worker of mine. Of course he wonders why I would dream of another man but never would he want me to buy him something so he would feel more special. I wouldn't buy anything if I were you.

Your first mistake was telling her about the dream. It was a dream, she doesn't need to know about it and I don't blame her for being upset! Now, she is going to wonder if you are thinking about her friends like that whenevener you are around them or she talks about them.
