Which kind of make-up would suit me better for what I am looking for?

For foundation I want something that blends well (fair tone).

Eyelashes I want to stick out because my eyes are one of my best features.

Eyeliner I want the pencil but one that won't smudge or run when weather condition change.

And all together I want the make-up to look natural, no lines, and a brand that isn't thick and will make you break out, because my skin is very sensistive to break outs.

What brand would suit me best for these results?

I want the best make-up for my face. I also want to stay within one brand.

So which one?

I think I listed all the brands that they sell at Wal-Mart, but if you know more then please tell.

:)

Hmm, the problem is that these brands all excel in different products, so it will be hard to stick with just one brand.

However, I would suggest Neutrogena or Almay. They are higher quality and you'll have a better chance of being happy with all products in those lines.

If you decide to, I would suggest using a poweder or foundation from Physicians Formula. It's GREAT stuff and well worth the price.

When it comes to make-up, you shouldn't really try to stick to one brand. Every brand has one or two products that work really well for different people. For example, if you're skin is dry, then you're going to want to look for a moisturizing foundation, but if it's oily, then you're going to want something made for oily skin. As far as foundations go, I really like the Maybelline whipped foundation. It goes on really smooth, blends well, and isn't oily. Also Almay makes a foundation that has a touchpad type thing, but I'm not sure what it's called. That one's really good if you want something sheer so you're skin will show through.
Eyeliner I don't really use, but I've honestly found that when I do, the cheaper the better. Try Rimmel (also sold at Wal-mart).
Mascara is a whole different story. Break it down like this: Lengthening- Loreal Telescopic
Fuller- Maybelline Full and Soft
Seperating- Cover Girl Lash Exact
Almay and Loreal make good eyeshadows, and Loreal and Revlon have the best lipsticks.

For foundation try maybellline pure matte mouse!! This stuff is awesome and it blends very well fro that fresh look.. Eyelashes_ Revlon Fabulash, eyeliner- use a dark eyeshadow like revlon with an angle brush, it stays on all day!! Over all the best brand is Revlon, but if you want to spend a couple more bucks go to clinique and they can get you set up!!
