I get extremely freaked,
then hit ignore,
hoping it won't ever happen again.

I get a lot of those. I don't freak out, most of the time I ignore them and report them as spam. If somebody wants to be friends with me he/she can send me a message through 360. I really don't like the messages saying "hello! asl?"...I realized that some people here in the virtual world are crazy and will stop at nothing to send crazy messages.

Ok, yeah that would freak me out. If I deleted all my IM's I wouldn't have met my hubby! Isn't there a way to report the guy that's bugging you?

It depends on the message, sometimes I talk to them back but if their just being obnoxious then I'll delete it.

I have not any theory. except a number of human beings have mentioned this. perchance which could be why. as quickly as I pay attention the interest Africa i think of of safari and animals interior the wild. besides because of the fact the unfavorable areas that be stricken by poverty.

That is pretty freaky. Why wouldn't you do something about it? No one should send out IM's like that and think it's funny. If you had children, what advice would you give them?

just delete them...now if he was really just behind you then I would be a bit freaked out.

it depends on what the IMs say. if they are just random letters(kjgwegjklg4397t973) then i just delete them. if they actually say something depending on what is said i will talk back

I just ask who they are and if I don't want to talk I Ignore them works for me !

ignore and delete. i get weird people askin if i have a webcam all the time.
