Happiness for me is when everything in my life is just content. Not everything has to be perfect; but just content. I'm not content with life right now.. So i don't have happiness.

Happiness is feeling good inside. It comes and goes, so the best you can do is find the little things in life that make you happy, enjoy them while you can, and make them count more than the bad things in life. For me, happiness is enjoying my kids, guiding them to be good people, and watching them grow into responsible, caring adults. Happiness is also random acts of kindness, both given by, and given to me.

Happiness is having my family together for Sunday dinners and Christmas. Nothing nicer then having family around.
Life is so short so I grab as much family time. Particularly
now with the grandchildren

i feel my ultimate happiness when people show attention to my children. i have a 9mth and a 20mth which no one on my or my husbands side of our families seem to have time for, my mum in 20mnths has never even sat on the floor and played with my children and very Rarely visits like the rest of our families so when i see someone play with my kids showing them a little attention and love i feel breathless and my stomach feels full like Ive just eaten a huge meal and i get a little anxious but a good feeling

have lost my family to a car wreck ,all my family and friends or dead, my home destroyed in a disaster,am in chronic pain.
my happiness is found in my faith,and my love.
thru the spirit of God i find peace.and happiness
I Try to do as My dear mother told me to.
To praise god for everything.
I still have hopes and dreams.which keep me going.

this is when I can put my head down on a pillow at night and go to sleep without worry. also, being excited to go to work/home is also happiness
