Best dial-up internet connection?

I want to know some different opinions on what your experiences with different dial-up services are. Broadband is not an option for me right now. Any suggestions but people pc! ;)

Netscape dial up is reasonably priced and seems to be reliable as far as getting and keeping connected.

dial up is really slow, the speed is only 56mbps...but youll never even get that exact speed when you connect, the highst speed it can come up is only 51mbps...
