Something he really likes. Cause you know he's expecting something lame like a tie or a suit or a beer mug.
Get him a video game system he wants or a coupel of DVD's or CD's and a nice letter. Guys don't care for cards too much.

I am about to celebrate my one year anniversary and I am planning a weekend trip to a bed and breakfast. I have been planning like crazy to make it perfect for my wife. What would make it perfect, for my wife and I to have the best sex ever. I would like for her to be ready for a fun time.
