I watch Full House re-runs, Little House on the Prairie, and at 33, still watch "My Super Sweet 16" on MTV and "I Love New York" on VH1. These are just a few embarassing ones. Oh, I also like the Brady Bunch still!

I'm in my 30's and have never missed an episode of Degrassi: Next Generation, I love that show. Also SpongeBob, Golden Girls, Little House and Murder She Wrote.

I don't believe in guilty pleasures, as I don't think guilt and pleasure should go hand in hand.
That said, I'm 36 years old, and I love Dawson's Creek. The premises and situations are ridiculous, and no teenager in history has been as well-read, articulate, self-aware, and confident as the ones portrayed in the show.
I don't watch any other teen soap, and never have. Dawson's Creek : I just...like it.

Lost is one of the shows, I can't find anyone I know that watches it. The other would be Star Trek shows (so nerdy). Sometimes a soap (days of our lives or passions) is interesting.
