My question is what streets or highway break up or divide what is considered the East, West, North, and South side of Phoenix? What suburbs are affiliated with these different sides of town?

Ex. 41st and Black Canyon rd.
19th-23rd and Indian School rd

Central Avenue in downtown Phoenix divides the city. The Streets are on the East side and the Avenues on are the west side.

Then you have the East Valley, which is Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Chandler, etc

South Mtn, is Ahwatukee, Laveen area

West Valley, is Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Sun City

North Valley is Cave Creek, Carefree and some people will put Anthem in there too.

Well the main highway that goes through Phoenix is I-10. Also, there's 51 & 347. Sorry that's probably not much help. I work for a company in Dallas that has a market in Phoenix, so all I have is a map. Good luck!
