Kimchee is not just good, it's great! Korean. spicy and strongly flavored.
Dining in a Korean restaurant is wonderful where you get two or three kinds of Kimchee and have, like, 12 small and several larger plates in front of you.
Are we the only ones who know?
I don't think it would go very well with Swedish cuisine, do you?

I do, too, but I have to keep my roommate from tossing it out of the fridge because of the smell.
I can see why Koreans have separete Kimchi fridges!
