I coached my girlfriend's sorority flag team a while back... we came in second without a girl who could really throw.
All you need is a decent qb, a girl that can catch consistently (not hard to find) and a fast girl and you can win.
Use run (pitch plays)... trust me, you'll pick up 10 and 20 yd chunks
Roll your qb out to one side or the other so she dosen't have to throw vs pressure
Run picks for your best reciever... it NEVER gets called, she'll get wide open.
If no one can throw well, pick a fast girl for qb, then at least she can make like Mike Vick
in practice (if you have any) just work on the basics so everyone can block and run a route.
Keep the plays and routes simple. You only need 4 runs and maybe 8 pass plays. Draw each one (or print em) out and laminate them. put them in a little book with numbers for the QB. You can call the play from the sideline. You can flip each play right or left too. The qb can show everyone their route in the huddle. takes 20 second or less.
And you'd be surprised how much fun you'll have... esp when you win

Did you get stuck or sucked into it? Either way- can't help you! I just wanted to tell you to get a better attitude about it so: 1) you can enjoy the time with your daughter and the team and 2) so maybe your team will also have a positive attitude and a chance of winning! Good Luck!

feel sorry for you..... just have them run down the field and have the girl with the best arm throw the ball to them.
