no.1 i didnt ask most people...i asked YOU.......maybe your criticism of others but failure to reply for yourself, means you are amongst the ones who would let "evil" prosper.

i asked this question to see whether hopeless defeatist attitudes were in the majority.....because i think that attitude [so prevalent among the young] IS the problem.

inconsiderate behaviour and selfishness is something you get wherever there are people, but with the rise of chavs (those commoners who are trying so hard to be a bit more upper class) and it being cool to be a lazy failure with 10 kids, and not caring about anyone apart from youself, is it really supprising that such behaviour is on the increase everywhere (unless you live in a very rural area where all the young people are moving away to the towns)?
Why complain to the authorities, they are only rude over the phone, or say it isn't worth wasting their time for. (Though it taking them 4 hours and 6 police men to put a cone in front of a drain on my street last week obviously isn't a waste of time and money.....) Doing something when most people are too scared/lazy to do something also is fruitless and so i guess most people just don't want to bother.

Plastic squalor? Hey mang, in our hood we juse rubber for our tires to squall them up and down the road, mang. Plastic would stink, where hot rubber smells so sweet.
