First of all, do you know a little bit of chinese or japanese? You can go to many sites from the web to meet these asians. Like friendster, and other community sites like multiply, funchain, windows live spaces, etc. Sometimes I also got to meet chinese and japanese in an online game, it is because some online games are international. One Online game filled with chinese is "Scions of Fate". Or you could just visit the Yahoo Chat Rooms for chinese and japanese....
