I have brown eyes too...yay! I make sure my brows are groomed -- I use an old cleaned mascara brush and some gel to keep them in place. I use a teeny bit on concealer if I have dark circles. Then I put a really pale pink/silver shimmer under my brows, and on the inner corner of my eyes. Next, I take a dark grey eyeliner, and do the outer corner of my eye (lightly, and then smudge...its just to give some definition). To finish, I put black/brown mascara on the top lashes only. I think this look is the nicest because brown eyes are already pretty dark, so you don't need heavy colours, and the silver shimmer contrasts with brown really nicely, and makes the eyes pop.

Shade below the brow with white or a very pale shadow color. In the crease, apply a dark color, such as brown, dark blue or dark grey. On the lid, put a medium or neutral shade. With eyeliner, bring out the ends of the eyes a bit more, but not too much. I don't think you'll be going for the Cleopatra look.

Dont use dark colors on your eyes because they just close them up
what you need to do is put like a light pink on your lid then a lighter color brushing upwards..usually like a whitish pinkinsh olor. this will open your eyes. and you can still put on brown eyelinger and black mascara and it will create a great look. Just remeber to use light colors and put an even lighter color on the top of your lids to really open your eyes.

Easy put black eye liner on the tops of your eyes,and some light brown eye shadow,and then put a little black on your eyes lashes.And you could change you eye color if your not getting the look you want!

Use eyeliner on top only...use lighter shades of eyeshadow on your lids...and waxing your eyebrown especially if they are thick will help open up your eyes. Get a professional to do this and you will be amazed!

blue liner: its the opposite of ur eyes and makes the color stand out! mascara opens ur eyes and makes them look more awake!

Line the inner bottom rim of your eye with white eyeliner, it makes your eyes look bigger.

put some eyeliner on the top, but not all of the way around your eyes, cuz it will make them look smaller

use dark brown, or black eyeliner on the top lid and bottom lid, accent w/ tan/brown eye shadow. It will do the trick!
