My GF is 22. she never had missed her period.. it's never been irregular.. But she didn't had her period at february..she's having tension about this matter. she is not pregnent..she doesn't have any other physical problems.. is it normal to miss a period??..is it ok??What can i do??any remidy to improve her situation??help plss

Hi
I have missed a period before and was not pregnant. if your sure this is not the case it could be from a lack of iron... I was really run down and not eating properly and my body was lacking the essential nutrients it needed. I suggest she she a doctor as it could be more serious...

Have her take a preganacy test. Missing an occasional period can be normal, but it's never happened to her before. Does she usually have a long cycle(longer than 28 days)? If so, then it's possible to not get a period in February and still be "on track"...good luck.

it is normal to miss a period. if she was under more stress then normal it can cause her period to miss. And just cause one test said she is not does not mean she is not. one missed period is not a tellof a problem but it is good she check with her doctor. always when things are different it is good to check with your doc.

As women folk our uterus sheds each and each month. The bleeding purely lasts for variety of 5-7 days. in basic terms think of kinda like peeing in ur clothing yet having a mini diaper to capture. different than it fairly is not pee that's blood. it fairly is all that's. And no it would not harm. It surely feels heat whilst it comes out. The cramps that we've hurts like hell! it fairly is why we r so moody sometimes! And as adult men y'all don't comprehend dat. it fairly is all that's. I was hoping I helped.

stress can cause it or new exercise, I missed mine a few times and went to the doctor who gave me some pills which made my period come in one day.
