Movies like the Army of Darkness would be great with better graphics and cut down a bit on the over acting. Movies like The Birds, some of the old westerns and war movies. Anything else?

Definitely "Clash of the Titans" (1981). Can you imagine how that film would look with todays CGI technology?! To me, the "Clash" remake should have the look and feel of the video game "God of War," but LIVE ACTION...WOW...

Wait a minute...This just in: There will be a "Clash of the Titans" remake in 2008. Woo-hoo!

P.S. Hollywood better not remake any of the old epics, like "Spartacus" and "Ben Hur," AND they better NOT meddle with Kurosawa's classics anymore. After seeing "Magnificent Seven" and "Last Man Standing," I feel like Hollywood either doesn't respect or just doesn't get Kurosawa's films.

Never should anyone remake the old westerns. I general I hate when they remake movies. Nowadays most major movies are in fact remakes. It is rare and wonderous when someone does come up with a genuine original idea. Horror movies are the only type that I would endorse the remake of. Maybe Nosferatu or the Thing, even The Day the Earth Stood Still

Jason and the Argonauts - not the rubbish they showed in Hallmark, it was a waste of time

"Tron". Oh wait, they did remake it, it's called "The Matrix".

And I'd love to see the "Star Wars" prequels remade WITHOUT George Lucas.
