For many years my fingers and toes have become uncomfortable in the winter. A few years ago I found some gel packs that you heat in the micro and then put in shoes or mittens but I'm tired of them because they often leak and have to be replaced. Does anyone know of any products that are sold for this problem?

Adam S. may be right . You should check with a DR. You may also be suffering from poor circulation. If you are a smoker this increases your chances of poor ciculation. Discuss possibilites with your family pshysican.

it could be very possible that you have Raynauds Disease. My mom had this, it's primary symtoms are numbing of the fingers and toes. It is not harmful, more of an annoyance. I know there is medication in the form of a lotion that will increase bloodflow to the affected parts of the body. Try this site, it gives basic info.
