This looks like a fairly good team. It all depends on how many teams are in your league. If you are in a ten-team league, then it probably isn't too strong. But, if it's a league with 12 or more teams... you should be ok.
I think Alou is much too injury prone. The Mets plan to give him a lot of rest this year, so don't expect him to play everyday. Colon may also be an injury problem.
Good Luck!

Prepare for a season in last my friend, you have middle of the road power, little speed other than Reyes, and a ton of injury risks (Sheets, Colon, Gagne, Helton, Thomas). I cant imagine you winning. Try to move some players, because I think your injuries could really hurt you. No Pun intended.

Your hitting is just great, you have like 5 guys that can get over 30 HRs and 100 RBIs each, great closers and 2 great SPs
Advice: You need one more secured SP, maybe trade Thomas to a guy who needs power for a well rounded pitcher, like a Zito or a Andy Pet.

You a Mariners fan or something?! Great pitchin roster...you need more meat in the line-up though! bring in a bigger bat in the OF if you can...I love how you hhave the Big Cat in there though, that 's a pretty good steal

very good lineup
I think Alou is your weakest batter. dump him for another starter or middle reliever.

Another closer, they help keep your era down, and give you saves and strike outs.
