When I am crabby I go for a lonng walk. The faster the better. If I have an IPOD and some azz-kicking tunes when I'm walking all the better.

Cat eets forbidden foods, like chocolate and ice cream, and goes to sleep. When Cat wakes, it usually takes a little while to remember all the nasty stuff, and sometimes, it's gone completely. Worth a shot, especially the chocolate and ice cream part, huh?
