it's not a circle...it's not even a sphere....it's a geoid, or ellipsoid which is a sphere with flattened tops. the circumference of the earth through the poles is slightly shorter than the circumference at the equator.

Planets are spherical because gravity of objects pulls all things to its very center. Therefore everything on earth is pulled evenly towards a point in the very center of the earth. A sphere is formed because of this omni-directional pull. Simple as pie.

Its really a sphere, or a ball. Its created by the "Big Bang" where planets were spewed out by a giant supernova.

uh.... bc all the planets are.....i guess. wouldnt it be wierd to have a square world?? wouldnt it be wierd to have a triangle world wouldnt it be wierd to have a....WELL, YOU GET THE POINT!!!
