Box Car Racer broke up a few years ago. The new bands that came from Blink breaking up are +44 and Angels and Airwaves. But I loved Box Car, no they werent the same, but thats the point. Those guys have broken up before, but they always get back together and put out a new album. They get tired of putting out the same kind of music over and over, so they get into new bands to let some of that out. Then Blink gets back together. My fav Blink 182 song is Miss You.

box car racer is no more any way the rift was mark and travis v tom...
travis and tom were in cahoots with box car racer...
plus 44 is the new band of mark and travis- they are ok but like any band take a few albums to hit their straps, they certainly aint no blink
my fav blink song is the one that started it all for me... dammit
I have to say i like the earlier stuff because they were so funny you know songs like dammit, josie and even the odd ones like ben wha balls etc...
of the older stuff i think stockhome sydnrome or felling this is the bette works.
anyway that is just me...
you get to see them live?
I did 2twice once in a small areana of about 200people that was right near the start and they totally rocked...
supported by unwritten law who also went off...

I was so upset and none of my friends liked them so I had nobody to mourn with! :( +44 are pretty good as well but it's still not the same...my favourite songs are I miss you and whats my age again
