What I mean is, did he create a spaceship/plane that doesn't create actual lift. But it turns off gravity around it when not even in space?

lol...no. Astronauts use these planes for training too. All it is is the plane dives toward the ground at around the speed as gravity, 9.81 m/s^2, pulls. So the net effect is that you are in free-fall, or weightless for around 25 seconds before the plane pulls up. Think of it like a roller coaster...when you go over that first hill and drop really fast, you feel lighter. This works the same except that the roller coster is a plane and it goes alot faster!

Sounds like he is going to ride the "Vomit Comet".

This is a plane that goes up and then free falls for a short period of time. During that freefall, everything on board will go into something called "micro-gravity". That is as close as we can get to zero-gravity. Even the astronauts are in micro-gravity. They are still feeling the effects of gravity, but those effects are causing them to orbit and not be held down. Whatever. Ok this plane goes up and falls, everything on board goes into microgravity. This will last like 30 seconds or so and then the pilot has to pull the plane back up. Something about not wanting to crash or something like that makes them do this. Oh well. Usually, the flight makes a few free falls before calling it a day.

Of course, this whole thing messes up your equilibrium pretty badly (especially, the getting the aircraft back to its original height). A lot of people get motion sickness out of it. Guess why it is called the Vomit Comet.

No. He had no hand in the creation of this plane. It has been around for some time. Read the whole article and you will understand how it works.

You obviously know how to read and write. Why didn't you bother to read the article? Your answer is there.

Added:
That article is so simple. If you can't understand it, then how do you even understand the concept of gravity? How did you even figure out how to use a computer?

"CERN's great Hedron Collider able to springing up mini blackholes?" particular, fairly. The Tevatron in the previous it produced them, and that they have have been given been defined as "fireballs" that evaporated with Hawking radiation. "what's the version between popular blackholes and those mini blackholes diverse than the size ( for beneficial very small)." the version is mass in straightforward words. Mass defines the type horizon, and the Hawking temperature. If a black hollow is a few distance much less great than the Moon (form of), it evaporates. no count huge type huge type if it fairly is as great as some nucleons, the lifetime would be on the order of picoseconds, a superhot fireball (no longer probably a white hollow, yet danged close). "additionally popular blackholes are shaped after collapsing its center of great stars yet whats the mechanism of those mini blackhole formation?" All mass contained indoors of an adventure horizon. "particular. in all possibility its real that no one detected any mini black holes in LHC yet in spite of the certainty that there is possible on a similar time as its run at its optimal skill of 7 TeV consistent with beam. applicable?" they have made them. The "herd of cattle" it fairly is the human race is incredibly spooked via utilising each and every of the failings they don't understand. If CERN formally presented, somebody would call for this device to quit, somebody else would initiate up extra doomsday predictions, and team in touch in technological understand-how would would desire to be moved to break administration. Which limits the form finished with those money. in basic terms smile and bypass alongside...
