Oh the reason it's a trilogy is because of Liono's progression from young kid to the leader...although i suppose you could do it in one movie....Ok not a trilogy just one movie !

Samuel L. Jackson for Panthro, no question, Billy Cyrstal voicing Jackleman, and yeah, Christopher Lee as Mumm Ra.
BTW, why a trilogy? Why not just a movie? Stupid Lord of the Rings, ruining movies...
p.s. Everyone below suggesting white guys as Panthro... you know he's meant to be black, right?

Cheetara - maybe Angelina Jolie, or Mila Jojovich.
Lion-O - Hugh Jackman or Ryan Reynolds (odd choice but I like him in Blade), Vin Diesel (No reason, I just like him)
Pumyra - Beyonce
Mummra - Christopher Walkens
Panthro - Ryan Reynolds (I think he's better as Panthro)
Jaga - Samuel L. Jackson
Tygra - Liam Neeson
Wilykit and wilykat - Will Smith's son Jaden and Dakota Fanning
