I guess you mean a "hound" instead of "wound".
If then, the answer is : Yes, very possible.

Recently, my index finger started feeling numb when I went to sleep. When I woke up, it had swollen and still felt numb. I though that the supplements I had taken (creatine especially) had affected my system bad enough to cause loss of circulation in my extremeties, starting with my index finger tip.

Throughout the day I got more worried. Then all of a sudden I remembered that earlier the evening before I had gotten the tip of my finger jammed in my bathroom door, but had ignored the pain, and forgot about it until that time.

Bryan and I were wrestling and I fell off the bed which resulted in a huge rug burn on my elbow. Two days later..let's say we were leaning on a wall and I tried to use my elbows to stay in the air, it was so painful!

A wound?

I guess if you have a traumatic brain injury, dementia or Alzheimer's.....then you forget where everything is.
