If you are in Windows XP go to Help and Support. When the box opens go to System Restore. From here you can restore the unit to a date prior to this message. Go back at least a week.

While you are on the internet go to CNET for free downloads of antivirus and spyware/adware. In the future downloading programs such as AVG, AntiVir, SpyBot, Adaware will keep this from happening again. Utilizing Yahoo allows you to access a free Norton Spyware scanner. Good Luck
