Hitler was a good leader. Before anyone gets mad, I'm not saying I'm in support of what he did by any means. It is just a common belief that he was a good leader. He did great things for Germany when he wasn't focusing on the Holocaust, such as pulling them out of a depression. Be open minded when you answer.

It is thought by his country, that Vlad the Impaler was a good leader, also. He apparently did more for his country than any other leader to date. He was a ruthless, cruel, inhumane, and sadistic ruler when it came to his enemies. Apparently, his country at present holds him with the highest regard. I am sure that even these two leaders had some good points & I have heard about them, but the cruelty they showed for mankind is what they are most well known for. Their claim to fame.

I suppose that even someone who does horrific things can be considered a good leader. He DID rally them around after all.
