beef Chops... we develop Bershires and the chops are a lot richer & flavorful than maximum commercial beef... and there are one of those huge quantity of diverse events with Pig Chops. no longer that i do not love steak... we save 3 pink meat farm animals for OUR refrigerator / freezer each and each season - Sir Loin, Chuck Roast, and Burgermeister.
