Basically, only a very few post-war National Servicemen are eligible to receive medals. I've included a link to the specifics as to who is eligible.

It seems that the pension is specifically for servicemen that are disabled. Again, I've provided a link for specific details.

Ermmmm

You can't apply for a medal or pension.

The medals were awarded depending on where you served,, and were awarded at the time.

The pension is awarded automatically, and is a normal forces pension that depends on rank, and time spent in the forces.

Hmmmm .......... so answerer one can only hurl abuse, and answerer 3 thinks WW II was in the 50's.

in the 1950's there was a much different climate in the world, with WWII, so this may not still be an offer
