Okay well I've been really trying to decide the past few days between a bearded dragon or a whites tree frog. I've been doing a lot of research and what not and I just can't decide which is the better choice for me.

Any opinions or facts, ect.?

Thanks!

Both are cool pets, but the beardie is going to be a lot more handleable and personable. You will be able to play with him out of his cage, and they develop more of a personality!

Well, decide your budget. White's Tree Frogs are relatively inexpensive, while Bearded Dragons are quite expensive. Also Consider the kind of food you will need to feed it. Which is easier to get? White's Tree Frogs are nocturnal ( I'm not sure if a Bearded Dragon is or not) so its important what you are able to observe your pet you might want one that is most active when you are. Neither creature is something you can handle or play with, so you should consider that as well. Personally I want one of each. But I'd start off with the frog, because they are less expensive, and I'd like to make sure I am capable of giving it proper care, before I move on to a seemingly more high maintance pet.

You cant hold a tree frog as much, if at all. The chemicals on your hand can kill them because they breath and drink thru their skin pretty much.

Bearded dragons can be held and are extra tame. They need a lot of space and they need UV lighting. If you want something to hold that will be with you for a while, then you will want to get a dragon. If you are just interested in looks, a frog would be great... also, a lot cheaper.

i had to make a realy similar decision!!!! I went for a dragon (water) and my sister got a frog at the same time. I personally thought a dragon would be sooooooooo much cooler but it is more expensive. I love my little baby but my sister loves her frog.

I reckon a beardy would be the better choice personally but it really has to be your personal choice

Depending on how much space you have, a Bearded Dragon will need a rather large tank (55 gal) and they eat ALOT!
