Its a common sense thing when you got married in India to an US citizen it was valid in USA, now if you take divorce this decree will be valid in USA in the same manner as your marriage certificate. It hardly matters if now you are US citizen such Decree is valid piece of document in any where in the world. Even if you had taken divorce in USA the decree of divorce passed by the USA court would have been valid even in India because of sec 15 of code of civil procedure & if such a divorce was been granted by the court of competent jurisdiction in USA & under the Act under which you got married in India or if it was a divorce by mutual consent under any other provision of US legal system. This is the well known principle settled by the Supreme Court of India.

Yes, divorce will be valid in the USA also.

But please check for the requirements of which paperwork you need to submit to the USA marriage licence office in your state. The paperwork can be quite tricky and take some time to get ready... for example to get something notarized, or procure documents from India that are not easily accesible.

If there is no U.S. marriage license and you are granted the divorce by the Indian authorities, I don't for see any legal issue keeping you from marrying again.
