This is a poll to find out people's opinions on Ann Coulter's articles, statements, and arguments.

I've read articles that Ann Coulter has written and I'm curious what the general public's opinion is of her, and why she has gained some popularity.

She is famous, of infamous, for saying the dumbest, most outlandish, idiotic, unfounded wild things about people who don't agree with her. If it goes too far, it was a "joke." Amazing that people still put microphones in her face.

I pay her about as much attention now as I do the guy with the tinfoil hat wanting some change at the bus stop while he plays his Casio.

The fact that a person who is as nasty and as full of lies as Ann Coulter continues to get air time on mainstream media just proves how far to the right the media has become.

Just by comparison, every statement in Michael Moore's movie, Fahrenheit 9/11 is factually correct, but he has been blacklisted by the media.

No liberal who lied as much as Ann Coulter and said such nasty things as she does would EVER be allowed on mainstream TV.

The first time I heard of her and listened to her speak was when she participated in a program on C-SPAN called "Debate on the Role of the Supreme Court." I've never read anything that she's written and I've only listened to a little bit of her here and there after that one program.

Based on things that she said during that program, I feel rather ambivalent toward her. Sometimes she says something right and says it in the correct way, but too many other times she sounds too freakin' cynical. I wish I could "refine" the way she talks.

I don't generally follow her articles, but I have read one of her books "How to talk to a Liberal...if you must" and found it to be an accurate description of the inability of the left to think, speak or act in anything resembling a logical manner. In fact, I don't think that it requires wisdom or great insight to be able to see the truth of her comments...heck fire, any person with half a brain can see that.

So, I guess she is selling something that "everyone knows" and making a very good living at it. Yeah, it is just for the money I'm sure. That's the only POSSIBLE conclusion anyone can come up with right?

Well, for the rest of the thinking world (doesn't include any liberals as documented by Ms. Coulter) she is doing a great service to mankind.

Of course, liberals hate her. I think Ms. Coulter implies that "hate" is the highest emotion possible amongts libs and apparently she is right....AGAIN!!!!!

As with all political pundits, Ann Coulter has carefully crafted her words to play to an audience. She manipulates the words of others to make them seem harsh or plain stupid.

I think she's an educated and intelligent woman with an ability to pen political columns with the right balance of cynicism and wit.

Unfortunately, I also think that she's a religious extremist who wants to cut down our separation of church/state and to use the argument of states' rights to convert America into a theocracy. Her position against evolution in Godless is laughable.

Nonetheless I buy her books and read her column every week, because I want to be amused, and partly because I want to be shocked.

My Boxer (dog) has more wisdom than this clown. The public likes to watch things that are not ordinary. Ann Coulter is weird and sick and that draws attention. I watch her because I want to see what next she will spread her vomit on.
