What did you mean exactly?
If you refer to a former masturbation before one following sexual intercourse, the answer is nope, it even is the contrary.
If you refer to the possibility that masturbation overall could afflict the future sexual life, the reply still is negative because masturbation gets nothing to do with the next sexual acts.
All-over masturbation has nothing to do with ejaculative problems.

i think for some guys yes, some guys no. personally, if i don't masturbate for a while, then have sex, i ejaculate quicker.
some guys, it's the exact opposite. i think it just depends on the person. also, i think how you masturbate might affect how long it takes to ejaculate. it's possible that if you get too used to a certain type of stimulation, you won't be able to ejaculate with someone else (e.g. you hand vs. your partner's hand).
