it depends...
i think for some guys yes, some guys no. personally, if i don't masturbate for a while, then have sex, i ejaculate quicker.
some guys, it's the exact opposite. i think it just depends on the person. also, i think how you masturbate might affect how long it takes to ejaculate. it's possible that if you get too used to a certain type of stimulation, you won't be able to ejaculate with someone else (e.g. you hand vs. your partner's hand).
