I didnt get paid last week because of their mistake for not truning my timecard in.So i had to call my creditor to move my bills back one week.Now they still hadnt paid me and im angry as heck.Can i hold them accountable if i lose my car and my house cuase i cant pay.

I'm guessin' you could hold them cuplable for it!

Ask a good local lawyer, though!

Hmm...an interesting one. I guess if you had all the books balanced before and the wages have been going in for a while, if they mess it up and you suffer as a result...then I guess you could. You'd have a very strong case at least.

Maybe you could pass on any resulting debt to the employers for their mistake?

What you need to do is go to the unemployment office and file a claim. Unfortunately you cannot hold them liable for your bills.

No. You can not hold them accountable. They are the '****-er', whereas you are the '****-ee', so the best thing for you to do is bend over and take it like you need it.....you could always sell your organs for money......Id rather have my car than my liver anyday.

Find out when they intend to pay you.

It could cost you more money (and your job as well) to sue them.
