Logically speaking if terrorists are busy upon their own soil fighting...bringing their "war" to our soil would be a bit more difficult!
Many people fail to realize...these "terrorists" have declared war against the United States ergo...we are at war!
Quite frankly...I'd much prefer feeling a bit safer on my own soil knowing that our government is taking (hopefully) every step necessary to prevent terrorists from entering the country.
The terrorists have further stated themselves they will die to kill Americans at every opportunity!
I certainly appreciate what our military is doing to help engage the enemy on THEIR soil instead of on our own! I also commend those in public service for their vigilance upon our own soil!

They believe there is a finite amount of terrorists that are in hiding, unless Bush brings them out of the woodwork. they don't believe terrorists exist anywhere but Iraq... despite the fact that Iraq is a civil war and 94% of the insurgents are Iraqis, not outsiders or Al Qaeda.
