Could someone let me know the date of national insult hannah day? I have been told it is on the 28th of February?

I hope nobody takes this question offensively, it was just prompted by what a number of my friends were talking about, i do know someone called Hannah but haven't had a chance to ask her yet. What would this 'insult day' entail i wonder, if it does in fact exist?

Hannah is to be insulted because her name is a palindrome. It is 29th February, but "celebrated" on the 28th in non-leap years. So I hope you whacked that wench HARD yesterday!
