Does anyone have a Phishing problem with Norton Security 2007?

I renewed my Norton for the new Internet Security 2007 and have found that there is a problem loading the Phishing part. When loaded it states error code2003/220. Norton removed complete download and sent another clean one. Still the same problem, any ideas ?

I have had norton for years and ALWAYS has problems with it..now i have AVG its free you just download it, and it works great, never no problems..i would get this!
