I need a map of the Limpopo River with tributaries, and the towns along it in C1850.?

I need all the tributaries of the Limpopo shown on a map, with the villages/towns in about 1850 - 1900.

There is a good map of the entire basin with current population density in colors. The main cities listed on that particular map are Pretoria (South Africa, 1855), Johannesburg (South Africa, 1886), Bulawayo (Zimbabwe, 1871) and Gaborone (Botswana, 1963).
