i think i do have emotinal disturbance

religious faith ,continous prayer/meditation may help.another way is to say /shout stop when you worry.
you may develop a habit of keep worrying.break the habit .
80% that we worry won't happen.we just creat worries from our mind.list down your previous worries and see if most of them really happen

Excessive worrying and feeling guilty about things that don't have anything to do with you are two main symptoms of depression. Maybe you should ask your doctor to recommend a therapist.
