Don't you usually just do a paternity test? Why is there so much confusion as to who the father is? I haven't been following the whole story so I have no idea what is going on but on those talk shows whenever someone wants to know who the father is, they take a DNA test or whatever. So why arent they doing that with the 2 guys that are fighting over the baby?

Bahamian law does not recognize praternity testing. Anna Nichole Smith's baby is a Bahamian citizen, not a US citizen, so the US has absolutely no right or jurisdiction to demand anything from the Bahamas or the baby. If I was Stern, or the one protecting the baby from Smith's crazy loser of an estranged mother, or the celebrity seeking photographer ex that baby wouldn't be going anywhere. Those two have proved that they really don't care about anyones wishes but their own. All you hear out of there mouths is "I want", not "should would've wanted".

Larry Birkhead asked for the DNA testing, and Anna Nicole declined. Howard Stern is still fighting it. Everyone wants to be the father because of the POSSIBLE 474 Million dollars that might come from the estate of the billionaire- assuming whoever has the baby keeps fighting for the money- which will cost them probably as much as they might win! Personally, I think Anna told Howard it was his baby, but it's actually the frozen sperm of the billionaire that she used, which is why she was fighting it- she didn't want Stern to figure out that he wasn't the father.

Well, Anna and Howard ran off to the Bahamas, and there its harder to get that done. The mother has to agree to have that done. Thats why they went there. I dont know why Anna did that to Larry Birkhead. It was wrong. Larry had filed 3 paternity suits since the baby had been born, but they were ignoring them. Now that Anna has died, Howard has to do it according to the courts, Thank God. I feel so bad for that baby.*

Larry Birkhead wants a DNA test, but Howard K. Stern is trying to block it. Which is one reason that I think Larry Birkhead is the real father.

It's called MONEY and Who ever gets the baby The baby is worth money so the vultures are coming out They are taking blood tests I think Larry is the father or her late husband because maybe she used his sperm They always have to have a trial Again it's all about MONEY
